I’ve been looking forward to little Ethan’s session for awhile! It’s finally here! Ethan was in such good spirits for our session. He definitely tired me out, I swear sometimes these little ones run faster than me! I loved that he matched his daddy! We had fun at Royal Park, I hope you enjoy his sneak peek.

Harrison was born to proud parents Kristen & Richard on January 22nd. He has such perfect features, don’t you think?! Harrison was a good mix of asleep and awake for his session. His owl room was so perfect for my little owl beanie – even though it was a tad big, I had to use it! I hope to see more of this family in the future, they are so welcoming!

This striking beauty is Aurelia. You may recognize her from her earlier shoots – I have been photographing her since she was 6 months old! It is such a joy to me that I get to watch these munchkins grow. I get along so well with her parents, Shannon & Mike. They constantly have me laughing at every shoot. I was sad to find out they will be moving this year. 
I hope they visit, because I know I will miss them so much!

This delightful little girl is Eliana! She just turned ONE! I bet her mom Amanda and dad Eric can’t believe her birthday is here already. Amanda is one of my internet friends and I have gotten the pleasure of watching her grow this past year. She is a very bright, happy girl who I can’t wait to photograph again! Happy Birthday, Eliana!
Brook + Mark Are Married | Michigan Weddings

Brook and Mark were my last wedding of 2011. It sure was a celebration! Their wedding party and I had such a blast together and I felt so welcome on their special day. I can see Brook & Mark are lucky in love, but are lucky with friends and family as well. We hung out in Romeo for a bit and headed down to the Mirage in Clinton Twp. for their reception. The speeches were emotional ( I swear I always cry!) and the atmosphere was boisterous. I loved ending my 2011 wedding season with Brook & Mark and I wish them the best of everything in life!

This is Ben. Ben has amazing blue eyes. Ben is a charmer. Ben can brighten your day. Those are all facts. I love when I get to photograph my clients for their first year of life. I feel very close to them and it’s such a pleasure to watch these little one grow! For Amy & Mike, little Ben is definitely growing! I am sure he will take after his dad in the height department. You can’t tell, but Mike is basically doing wall squats in their family shot so Amy and Ben don’t feel left out, Ha! The D Family is one of my favs for sure!

Cade has such a wonderful and fun family! This time I had the opportunity to photograph Cade’s sister, Kennedy, her mom, step-dad, Cade’s mom, Julie and her husband all in one shoot! I need to have a brood like this at all my shoots, they were so helpful making Cade laugh and making their awesome Boston sit pretty. I definitely made Cade quite tired by the end. He couldn’t keep his eyes open! A couple of my favs from the shoo have to be the ones of the owl hat. Cade wears it so well! I can’t wait for his next session in 3 months!

Surprise! I had a secret shoot yesterday, but now I can reveal who my session was with! I had the opportunity to shoot Tyler Baltierra & Catelynn Lowell from MTV’s Teen Mom!!!!!! (Yes, it totally needed 6 exclamation points) These two are sooooooo cute together and really do make the perfect couple. They both compliment each other. We had a lot of fun during the shoot and chatted about everything from life, to buying a house, to the movie Bridesmaids. Tyler and Catelynn are very laid back and I’m so happy for their successes and am proud they are inspiring people everywhere. Tyler even tweeted my pic! Enjoy a little sneak peek from our session, but I can promise you there is MUCH more to come!

I deeply apologize my last post was in June of last year. How bad is that?!!! I really hope you’re following me on Facebook for the latest with me. It is a little easier to keep that up. Photographing, blogging, facebooking, family, editing…..I do a lot of things full-time so I hope you will let me slide this once!
